Stuart’s Roadmap for Tyler
Tyler already has a community-driven roadmap: the Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan, that was shaped by YOU, the voices of Tyler citizens. It reflects what our community wants for the future: responsible growth, strong infrastructure, safe neighborhoods, and a high quality of life. As mayor, Stuart will help carry that plan forward with steady leadership, accountability, and a focus on results.

2. Invest in infrastructure and public safety.
Prioritize streets, water, sewer, drainage, police, fire, and public facilities so Tyler can grow safely and responsibly.
3. Improve mobility and safety.
Make it easier and safer to get around Tyler by improving roads, connections, sidewalks, and long-term transportation planning.
4. Strengthen neighborhoods and housing.
Protect established neighborhoods while supporting practical housing options for families, seniors, workers, and young professionals.
5. Build opportunity and quality of life.
Support small businesses, quality jobs, downtown, parks, recreation, and the amenities that make Tyler a great place to live.
